Suzhou Municipal Hospital (Headquarters) rolled out a whole new nucleic acid sampling site days ago. The upgraded sampling site is equipped with one-stop service facilities such as outdoor sampling area, standardized one-way sampling procedure, ladder-shaped windows, etc. in a bid to reduce the risk of cross infection.
即日から、蘇州市立病院本部の新しい新型コロナウイルスの核酸検査検体採取スポットが正式にスタートした。交差リスクを防止するため、屋外の検体採取スポット、標準化された一方向進行のプロセス、階段式の窓口などのワンストップサービス措置を取った。
Besides, the hospital is also able to provide bilingual nucleic acid testing reports (Chinese and English) for outbound travelers.
また、蘇州市立病院本部は出境用PCR検査結果報告書（中国語と英語のバイリンガル版）を提供することができる。
The one on the left is for Japan-bound travelers and the right one is for other travelers.
左側のは日本行きのバージョンであり、右側のは境外の他の国行きの共通版。
Currently, the testing report has two versions: one is based on nasal swabs (specially for travelers going to Japan) and the other is based on oral swabs (universally accepted by Europe, Americas, Australia, Southeast Asia, Africa, etc.). Please choose the version according to your destination.

The rooms where the medical staff put on and remove protective clothing and take samples have been set up in accordance with the one-way procedure. Thus the clean area is separated from the contaminated one and the risk of cross infection can be reduced.

●Service time: 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm, Monday to Sunday

●Location: The sampling site is located outside the south entrance to Building No. 1 (Emergency) in Suzhou Municipal Hospital Headquarters (No. 26 Daoqian Street, Gusu District).

●How to get the testing report:
Please check your personal information, i.e. name, ID number, passport number, etc. when your report request is issued. You can get your Chinese and English testing reports via the self-service printers in the outpatient and emergency departments. After that, remember to have your reports stamped at the designated places: the sampling site’s service windows in the daytime and the information desk in the emergency department at night.
You can also download the smart phone App “苏州市立医院” (Suzhou Municipal Hospital) and log on to get the testing reports.
