The 4th national exhibition of Chinese paintings kicked off at the Jiangsu Art Museum Wednesday morning under the auspice of the China Artists Association. The 268 works on display were selected from 5,577 works submitted from all over China.The style of landscape flower and bird painting is natural, fine pen and ink, with traditional charm. The figure paintings are close to life, delicately portrayed, and quite realistic. The entire exhibition will last until April 18.
