East China’s Jiangsu province has taken multi-pronged measures to speed up the COVID-19 inoculation campaign in a bid to ensure the smooth progress of the prevention and control of the epidemic.
Nanjing Wutaishan Gymnasium, the city's largest COVID-19 vaccination site, has prolonged its service hours ranging from 8 am to 8 pm. Up to 10 thousand doses can be administered every day provided that an adequate supply of vaccines is assured.
COVID-19 inoculation has also got underway for expats at 18 years or older. They can either make an appointment with their communities or with the local inoculation site. For expats covered by the Chinese social insurance, the inoculation is administered free of charge.
