The time around the Qingming Festival is the time to pick and fry the first batch of spring tea. Chen Shengfeng has kept traveling to the tea garden in Jingqiao Town of Nanjing every day where he was busy picking and frying tea leaves.

As a skilled master in this trade for 25 years, Chen Shengfeng has kept doing researches and became the inheritor of the intangible culture of Yuhua tea making. At the same time, he has trained 15,000 tea farmers to increase agricultural efficiency and increase farmers' income.

In 2019, Jiangsu took the lead in the country in awarding professional titles to rural talents. He passed the certification process last year and became a professor-level rural revitalization technician.
