Efforts will be made to accelerate the formation of a 1-hour commuter network in Nanjing and between Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou.

Four bridges will be built across the Yangtze River to ease the traffic congestion and promote integrated development on both banks.

Efforts will be made to increase the air transportation capacity by building the Lianyungang port and the general airports in Liyang and Jinhu.

Wuxi, Xuzhou, and Changzhou airports will be renovated and expanded, the air cargo network in the province will be improved, and the construction of Huai'an Cargo Airport and Nanjing International Mail Integrated Core Port will be accelerated.
