East China’s Jiangsu province has clarified the development goals of the blockchain industry and accelerated the development of blockchain technology and industrial innovation, according to the "Jiangsu Province Blockchain Industry Development Action Plan".
According to the Action Plan, by 2023, Jiangsu will report no less than 15% annual growth rate of the blockchain industry by cultivating more than 10 backbone enterprises with national influence, and building more than 10 districts blockchain innovation service platform.
Jiangsu will form a "1+3+N" industrial layout, including 1 national-level blockchain development pilot zone, 3 provincial-level blockchain industry development clusters, and several blockchain technology innovation application pilot areas.
In order to optimize the industrial ecology and accelerate the development of agglomeration, by 2012, Jiangsu will cultivate 100 core blockchain companies, 1,000 blockchain-related and application companies, no less than 500 products, and no less than 50 outstanding products.
