A seminar on Huaxi Spirit was held in Huaxi Village, Jiangyin city, on Tuesday. Huaxi, a village in Jiangyin city, is reputed to be the richest village in China in the past 40 years. Ren Zhenhe, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, attended the meeting.
