East China’s Jiangsu Province has accelerated the construction of new infrastructure projects by responding to the call for further stability on the six fronts and security in the six areas in the government work report delivered at this year’s annual legislative session, Premier Li Keqiang.
Huai'an City and China Construction Group Corporation signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing to cooperate in the establishment of Huaihe Development and Construction Co., Ltd., which will strongly promote the localization of the national strategy of Huaihe Ecological Economic Zone.
The two parties will jointly invest 60 billion yuan to strengthen industrial transfer in the eastern region, resource export in the western region, and exchanges and cooperation between the north and south regions so as to turn the Huaihe River into China’s third "golden waterway" and a new engine for the country’s economic growth.

The city of Nantong has signed an agreement with Alibaba Holdings on the expansion of the Alibaba Jiangsu Cloud Computing Data Center in the city’s economic development zone. The expansion project will bring a new investment of 15 bilion yuan.
