East China’s Jiangsu province has spared no effort to streamline the process of administrative approval for the resumption of work and production so as to offset the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic on economy.
Earlier this month, Li Jing, a citizen of Taizhou, submitted application materials for operating permits to the local administrative examination and approval bureau for the planned start of a pharmaceutical machinery enterprise. To his surprise, the approval that required 85 working days to complete in the past was completed in just 12 working days.
