East China’s Jiangsu province has allocated 7.5 billion yuan of funds from the basic financial security mechanism in 2019 for counties or county level cities to effectively provide basic public services, the provincial department of finance said Friday. The money will increase the subsidies for tax reduction and exemption at the county level on proportional basis, increase people's livelihood for per capita financial resources below average and village-level organization operation funding and reward top counties or county level cities by comprehensively evaluating financial management performance.
