Lou Qinjian called for strengthening the construction of the organizational system, giving full play to the role of party organizations and party members and cadres, consolidating and improving party building in rural and urban areas, government, colleges, and state-owned enterprises, actively exploring effective ways to promote the construction of grassroots party organizations o against the background of urban and rural reconstruction.
The CPC Provincial chief demanded that more efforts should be made to promote the sense of responsibility at the grassroots party organizations by centering on the key tasks such as epidemic control, poverty alleviation and social governance.
Lou Qinjian pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen effective supervision, promote cadres to perform their duties according to discipline and law, continue with anti-corruption efforts, and enhance the crackdown on organized crimes so as to improve people's sense of gain and sense of security.
