Jiangsu Advanced Memory Semiconductor Co., Ltd has just launched a new generation of memory. Although it is only the size of a fingernail, its life span has been increased by 1000 times and reached 10 million times compared with traditional memory.
Jiangsu Advanced Memory Semiconductor Co., Ltd, located in Huai'an High-tech Zone, is a 4.3-billion-yuan project over an area of 200 mu. Though under small-scale trial operation, the project is about to enter the stage of full-scale production.
The company is China’s first phase-change memory factory with independent intellectual property rights. Its products, mainly used in mobile terminal equipment, can increase the existing mobile storage technology in the market by more than 2,000 times and last more than 10 years longer. After mass production, it will produce 100,000 phase-change memories each year with annual sales of 5 billion yuan and profits and taxes of more than 300 million yuan.
Changzhou is accelerating the 3-billion-yuan Century rail transit operation intelligent management equipment project.
The high-voltage cable accessories and the main body of the electrical workshop in the first-phase project have been completed. The construction staff is working on a high-voltage cable accessory test hall so that it will be put into use early next year.
With the R&D center expected to be completed in the second half of next year, the project will, upon its operation, come up with an annual production capacity of 4,000 sets of intelligent management equipment for rail transportation such as subway energy and super capacitor energy storage.
The company will also transform from producing a single transportation cable product to co-production of a series of integrated products. It is expected to achieve annual sales of 5 billion yuan, helping the company to become a leader in China's rail transportation segment.
