East China’s Jiangsu province will promote its construction projects in Indonesia, the provincial department of housing and urban-rural development said on Sunday.
Jiangsu will publicize its construction brand at a promotion meeting held on Tuesday in Jakarta, capital of Indonesia.
The promotion meeting is specially organized for ASEAN countries.
More than 300 companies from nearly 120 companies in Jiangsu and Indonesia have confirmed their participation in the promotion activities.
The event is meant to further promote the exchanges between Jiangsu and the construction industry in Southeast Asia and enhance the international competitiveness of the Jiangsu construction brands.
Jiangsu has continued to top the national ranking in the gross output value of the construction industry for 12 years in a row.
Its construction industry has undertaken construction projects in 50 Belt and Road countries with a majority of them located in Southeast Asian countries.
