The province will make great efforts in dust control, diesel truck pollution control, emergency monitoring and early warning, and joint efforts of air pollution prevention in border areas.
At the same time, supervision and support will be organized for key areas, key watersheds, key industrial parks and key industries.
By the end of this October, all iron and steel enterprises that have not completed the transformation of ultra-low emissions will be forced to stop production.
