  From the poor foundation of industrial base to a modern industrial system of complete categories, from technological imitation to independent innovation of science and technology,in the past 70 years, Jiangsu has achieved leap-forward industrial development and provided a strong impetus for the province’s high-quality development.

  Jiangsu has the largest manufacturing cluster in China, with industrial profits ranking first in China.

  Jiangsu's engineering machinery cluster has 16 major types of construction machinery mainframes and 330 varieties of basic components. The products are exported to more than 170 countries and regions around the world with many products ranking the world’s best sellers.

  The total size of high-end textile clusters in Jiangsu accounts for one-fifth of the Chinese textile industry. The Advanced Functional Fiber Innovation Center is the first national manufacturing innovation center in Jiangsu.

  Suzhou Industrial Park contributes one-sixth of China's total value of nanotechnology application and is one of the eight nano-industry clusters in the world.

  The Internet of Things cluster in Jiangsu has started the earliest in the country and registered the fastest development in China. Wuxi City is China's only "National Sensor Network Innovation Demonstration Zone".

  The carbon fiber production capacity in Jiangsu accounts for more than half of China's total, and it is the first in the country to achieve industrial application of graphene materials. Jiangsu leads the country in integrated circuit cluster production and sales.

  Jiangsu's energy-saving and environmental protection cluster has China's strongest water pollution equipment manufacturing capacity, and its total size, product variety and complete set rate rank first in China.

  The core information technology clusters in Jiangsu aggregate high-end software, next-generation software and artificial intelligence, with its embedded software and industrial software leading the country.

  Jiangsu leads the country in its automobile and parts clusters by contributing 13.3% to the nation’s new energy vehicle production. Wuxi has been approved as China's first national-level pilot zone of connected vehicles.

  The new display cluster in Jiangsu has the most complete technical route layout in China. The CLP Panda has launched the world's first 98-inch 8K ultra-high-definition IGZO panel TV.
