The provincial government of Jiangsu and China National Machinery Industry Corporation Ltd, Sinomach for short, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement Wednesday in Nanjing.
Wu Zhenglong, governor of Jiangsu, met with Zhang Xiaolun, chairman of Sinomach before the signing ceremony. Both witnessed the signing of the agreement.
Wu Zhenglong expressed his gratitude to Sinomach for its long-term contribution to the development of Jiangsu. He said that Jiangsu enjoys powerful real economy, in particular the manufacturing sector, and it has huge resources of science and education with good business environment.
As a Fortune 500 company, Sinomach is one of the large-scale central enterprises with the largest scale, the widest coverage, the most complete business chain and the strongest R&D capability in China, the governor said.
The Governor noted that Jiangsu is pleased with the prospect that Sinomach will invest in advanced manufacturing, new energy, environmental protection engineering and intelligent manufacturing projects in Jiangsu, which is highly compatible with the direction of Jiangsu's industrial development.
He hoped that the two sides will complement each other and deepen cooperation, and jointly promote high-quality development, adding that Jiangsu will go all out to support the development of Sinomach in Jiangsu.
Zhang Xiaolun said that Sinomach has achieved good results in its development in Jiangsu. Sinomach will actively connect with Jiangsu's development strategy, efficiently integrate industrial resources, continuously increase investment, launch more quality projects and major projects in Jiangsu, and better serve the province's high-quality development.
