Law enforcement public notice, law enforcement process record, and legal review of major law enforcement decision will be promoted in traffic administrative law enforcement across the province, the provincial department of transportation said Tuesday. The three new measures will be executed with no leeway to be left by the end of 2020 so as to ensure that law enforcement information is open and transparent, the whole process of law enforcement is marked and major law enforcement decisions are reviewed.
