The 2019 National Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week kicked off its Nanjing leg in Jiangbei New Area on Thursday.
110 events will be held in the following week to showcase the latest achievements of Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Nanjing.
At the launching ceremony, Nanjing released the 2019 list of 13 Unicorn enterprises, 13 Unicorn incubatory enterprises and 172 Gazelle enterprises and Development White Paper.
The 2019 Nanjing Development White Paper shows that under the impetus of the innovative city strategy, Nanjing has concentrated on more high-speed development of science and technology enterprises in the fields of artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, new energy vehicles, and biomedicine.
At the same time, more and more hi-tech enterprises can achieve higher valuations in the early rounds, showing the strong development potential of Nanjing’s innovative enterprises that are more recognized and favored by the capital market.
