East China’s Jiangsu province has started to organize policy tracking audit in order to promote the construction of major projects and improve the performance of public investment. The audit mainly includes two aspects: First, the promotion of major provincial projects in 2018, including 228 projects in major innovation carriers, major industrial projects, and major ecological environmental protection. The total planned investment is 3.1248 trillion yuan, of which 524 billion yuan was fulfilled in 2018. The second is the policies that promote the implementation of the transformation of government functions including the management and operation of the online approval and supervision platform for investment projects in the province.
