作为一名连任三届的“老委员”，我愈发感到责任重大，并时刻提醒自己，拥有这份荣誉，就要多一份担当和责任，要谨记使命，倾听百姓声音，做出新作为。
As a CPPCC member who has been re-elected for three consecutive terms, I feel more and more responsible, and always remind myself that having this honor requires more responsibility. I should make new contributions by remembering the mission and listening to the voice of the people.
习近平总书记来看望文化艺术界、社会科学界委员时提出，“一个国家、一个民族不能没有灵魂，文化文艺工作、哲学社会科学工作就属于培根铸魂的工作。”总书记的讲话给我们文艺工作者提出了要求，指明了方向。新中国成立70周年，在这波澜壮阔的发展进程中，涌现了大量真真切切、催人奋进、感人至深的好故事，宝贵的时代素材，激发了大家的创作灵感，也赋予了我们文艺工作者崇高的历史使命。今年我们苏州市评弹团已有计划，以苏州弹词专题系列《共和国的脊梁》向建国七十周年献礼。我们要向为共和国的建设和发展做出重大贡献的前辈英雄和时代楷模致敬，以程开甲、邓稼先、崔根良等当代英模为素材，讲好他们的故事，传颂他们的精神。按照总书记提出的要求，用心用情用功去投入创作，以具有江苏符号、苏州特色的文艺精品向祖国和人民汇报。
When attending a joint panel discussion on March 5 with political advisers from the sectors of culture, art and social sciences who are attending the second session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that “A soul is essential for a country and a nation, and professionals in the sectors of culture, art, philosophy and social sciences are important soul builders."
The General Secretary’s speech gave the literary and art workers a request and pointed out the direction. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago, in this magnificent development process, a lot of sincere, inspiring and touching stories have emerged. The precious materials of the times have inspired everyone's creative inspiration and also endowed the literary and art workers with lofty historical mission.
This year, the Suzhou Pingtan Troupe has planned to present the Suzhou Bulletin Series “The Backbone of the Republic” in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
We pay tribute to the heroes of the predecessors and role models of the era who have made significant contributions to the construction and development of the Republic. We will use highlight models such as Cheng Kaijia, Deng Jiaxian and Cui Genliang as the raw materials to eulogize their stories and to convey their spirit. We will devote ourselves to the creation in accordance with the requirements put forward by the General Secretary and reward the motherland and the people with the literary and artistic works of Jiangsu symbols and Suzhou characteristics.
作为一名评弹演员，今年两会我也继续为曲艺“发声”。随着网络的发展，近年来曲艺作品虽然有了更好的传播平台，但同时也带来了一个问题：网络时代，曲艺作品的知识产权无法得到保护。由于大多数的曲艺场所管理不够规范，可以随意录制，随意将表演者的影像、音频资料上传到互联网，在一定程度上扰乱了文化市场秩序，也侵害了表演者和创作者的权益。对此，我建议有关部门应进一步加强普法宣传力度，同时网络上传音视频用户应实行实名制，第三方网络平台也应加强对视频内容的审核和管理，从法律上进一步保护文艺工作者的合法权益。
As a pingtan performer, I will continue to endorse the development of Quyi during the two sessions this year. With the development of the cyber world, the works of Quyi have gained better influence in recent years but the intellectual property of the works of Quyi cannot be protected in the Internet age.
Most of the Quyi performance venues are not managed properly, as is evidenced by the random recording and uploading of the images and audio materials of the performers onto the Internet, which has disrupted the orderly operation of the cultural market to a certain extent and infringed the rights of performers and creators.
In this regard, I suggest that relevant departments should further strengthen publicity of law enforcement. At the same time, real-name system should be implemented for users who upload online audio and video. Third-party online platforms should also strengthen the review and management of video content so as to further protect the legitimate rights and interests of literary and art workers.
出生于曲艺世家，又从事文艺工作，文化文艺早已深入我的血液之中。而全国政协委员的身份也让我意识到，文艺工作者做什么样的人，关乎文运、文脉。
未来，不管是在舞台上，还是在全国政协委员的履职工作中，我都将继续做传统文化的“代言人”，让传统文化在新时代绽放光芒。
Born into a family of Quyi performers, and engaged in literary and artistic work for decades, I have felt the penetration of cultural literature and art into my blood. The capacity as a CPPCC member also made me realize that what kind of people the literary and art workers do is related to the cultural and cultural development. In the future, whether on the stage or performing my duty as a CPPCC member, I will continue to be the "spokesperson" of traditional culture so as to make the traditional culture shine in the new era.
