Lou Qinjian stressed that this year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China and a crucial year for achieving a comprehensive a well-off society at a high level, adding that the two sessions will transform the major decision-making arrangements of the Party Central Committee on economic and social development into the common will of all people through legal procedures, highlighting the unique advantages of the socialist political system with Chinese characteristics.
