The CPC Provincial chief noted that officials in Xuzhou should get rid of their old thinking modes and make further efforts for the emancipation of the mind for the promotion of the city’s primacy status by gathering more regional headquarters through the improvement of business climate.
Lou Qinjian pointed out that Xuzhou should make greater efforts to create an inland-type international transit hub port with two-way openness, adding that it is necessary to strengthen systemic thinking and strengthen research planning in key areas such as transportation system, customs clearance, warehousing and logistics, China- Central Asia and China-Europe freight trains, and international student education.
