At the 5th Jinji Lake Glory Award Ceremony cum 2018 Jiangsu Annual Meeting on AI-related Innovation & Business Operation held in SIP on Jan 6, SIP State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Office's "SIP Cloud Data Center for State-owned Assets and Enterprises" won the award for "Excellent IT Projects".
The center, erected in May 2017 with a set of high-performance cloud computing hardware and software, offers rental services to state-owned enterprises for their office automation, resource planning, database management and email and website operations so as to help them save facility costs and improve work efficiency. The latest statistics show that the center now runs 175 virtual machines for 16 top-class state-owned enterprises.
