The Ministry asked local governments to strictly implement the requirements for the prevention and control of Africa swine fever by strengthening the coordination between main sales area and neighboring provinces and other major producing areas, the connection between production and marketing, enhance the supply of pork, and supply the market with pork and its substitutes.
The Ministry said regional authorities should grasp the favorable timing of the holidays and take advantage of residents' consumption spurt at the end of the year so as to further stimulate the consumption potential of the residents.
It asked regional authorities to study various possible security risks, ensure security risk prevention against hidden dangers, strengthen safety production management, and prevent fire accidents, trampling and other risky scenarios in trade exhibitions and promotions.
