We must adhere to problem-oriented and demand-oriented approaches so as to further reduce the taxation burden and the cost of land, electricity, logistics, financing and innovation, according to the statement.
Greater efforts should be made to prioritize streamlining administration and delegating powers to lower-level governments and create a better business environment and further reduce institutional transaction costs in compliance with the advanced international standards, the statement said.
The meeting is briefed on the ways of strengthening the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution.
Efforts should be made to promote the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure, achieve the reduction of hazardous waste from the source, adhere to scientific planning and rational distribution, accelerate the construction of hazardous waste centralized disposal, and strengthen the whole process supervision and cross-sectional and inter-regional coordinated supervision, the statement said.
