Guo Wenqi, head of the organization department of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee, met with a delegation of African National Congress from South Africa Tuesday.
Guo extended his warm welcome to the delegation’s visit to Jiangsu. He said South Africa is one of the important countries for Jiangsu in its international cooperation on energy capacity development.
He hoped that both sides will further strengthen high-level exchanges, deepen talent interaction, boost tourism cooperation, promote mutual benefit and win-win in all aspects and fields, and contribute to the stable development of China-South Africa relations.
The head of the South African delegation expressed her gratitude to Jiangsu for its hospitality.
She said that we are willing to play an active role in promoting the friendly exchanges between South Africa and Jiangsu, hopefully to expand the cooperation with Jiangsu in the fields of infrastructure construction, manufacturing and tourism under the framework of friendly relations between the two countries.
