The China-Russia Private University Alliance signed a cooperation agreement at Taihu University of Wuxi on Sept. 17, a key move for the two countries to share high-quality educational resources, build a new platform for international cooperation, and serve the “Belt and Road” initiative.
Vladimir A. Zernov, Rector of Russian New University and chairman of the Russian Non-government Universities Association, said this cooperation will allow private higher education to play more active roles in international academic exchanges, think tank building and personnel training, promoting dialogue and exchanges for common development.
Russian New University, a private university in Moscow, was established 27 years ago. It has eight departments including information system and computer technology, economics, management, finance and law.
