The Rural Revitalization - 2018 Public Welfare Innovation Summit was held in Nanjing Wednesday. The event was hosted by the Amity Foundation in conjunction with the China Charity Federation and the Jiangsu Suning Charity Foundation. Zhou Jiye, vice chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, delivered a speech. Focusing on the theme of rural revitalization and multi-party collaboration, the summit invited representatives from the government, academia, the philanthropic sector, project beneficiaries, enterprises and the media to match needs and resources, build a platform for rural revitalization and cooperation, and contribute wisdom and strength to rural revitalization. The Amity Foundation signed a 9.2-million-yuan rural public welfare project with Sandu County of Guizhou Province and Canyuan County of Yunnan Province. Amity also announced that 10 social organizations were selected for its Rural Promotion Fund.
