13 villages in east China’s Jiangsu province have listed in the eighth batch of national one village one product demonstration villages and towns.The list was released by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs recently.
The villages and towns in Jiangsu include Mazhuang Village of Xuzhou City which is known for its herbal sachet, Fujiabian Village of Nanjing which is reputed for its forest fruits and Baitu Village of Jurong City, the renowned village of strawberries.
So far, 125 villages in Jiangsu have been listed in the national one village one productcampaign, ranking the foremost in the country.
