East China’s Jiangsu province will enroll more applicants into undergraduate degree programs this year, the provincial education examination authority said Friday.
331,500 12th graders in Jiangsu sat for this year’s college entrance exam, according to the provincial education examination authority.
1,411 universities and colleges have released their plans to enroll 325179 students in Jiangsu with 199,106 to be enrolled into undergraduate degree programs.
Some 4000 applicants will be enrolled into undergraduate degree programs in different categories such as independent enrollment, comprehensive assessment enrollment and talents students in sports and arts.
A total of 203000 applicants in Jiangsu will be enrolled into undergraduate degree programs this year.
The college entrance examination scores were released Sunday afternoon.
