“This is a greeting robot. Every property owner’s information is recorded in its computer system. When the owner visits the property company, it can identify the person and where his/her house is located,” said Hao Hongzhang, general manager of Nanjing Property Company under Gemdale Property Management Group.
The robot can not only replace the front desk employees of property companies, but also be connected to smart home devices like air conditioners, computers, curtains to regulate these devices. With a superior memory, it can also help the owner tune his favorite TV channels and order his favorite food.
In the view of experts, artificial intelligence is upgrading property management services. Xu Dejun, general manager of Suning Property, said the company's online portal provides a large spectrum of information covering housing rental and sales, decoration, education service, lifestyle and health.
Du Xuelun, president of the Real Estate Association of Jiangsu Province, said that the property service industry should apply Internet technologies to offer quality services, so as to create a more comfortable, convenient, efficient and “smart” living environment for the house owners.
