The Provincial Government Information Office, the Provincial Economic Commission, the Provincial Trade and Industry Bureau and the Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision jointly issued the province’s annual list of Top 50 Independent Industrial Brands for 2017. Hengtong Group, Sunshine Group and Tongding Group rank among the top three on the list. The enterprises on the list are mostly distributed in machinery, textile, medicine and new energy industries with more than 30% coming from machinery and textile industries. All the enterprises on the list have spearheaded or participated in the formulation of 17.9 national standards, with an average profit tax rate of 10.6%, much higher than the industrial average, representative of the good innovation abilities, excellent economic efficiency and perfect quality management system in the province’s industrial sector.
