Huang Lixin, deputy secretary of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and executive vice governor of Jiangsu, joined a group deliberation of deputies from Suqian city to the annual session of the Provincial People's Congress in Nanjing, capital of east China’s Jiangsu province on the afternoon of January 26. Huang also serves as the executive chairperson and chair of the presidium of the first session of the 12th Provincial CPPCC
Huang Lixin said that the speech made by CPC Jiangsu Provincial Secretary Lou Qinjian at the opening ceremony of the provincial CPPCC session is the implementation of the Xi Jinping Thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the mobilization order for the province to make concerted efforts to speed up the construction of a well-off society at a high level and an all-round way.
She demanded that all the party and government officials should study and implement the report on the work of the government made by Governor Wu Zhenglong which features solidarity, pragmatism, pioneering and innovation, and demonstration of responsibilities.
Huang Lixin hoped that Suqian should adhere to the Xi Jinping Thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era as its guidance and act in accordance with the deployment and requirements of the provincial party committee and government to push forward the transformation and upgrading efforts, deepen the reform and opening up, speed up the revitalization of the countryside and promote the enrichment of people for the making a new Suqian.
