The qualification round of the second annual session of Jiangsu Intelligent Manufacturing Contest kicked off Thursday morning in Xuzhou city, Jiangsu province. Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group sponsored the event which is themed on the key aspects of the manufacturing industry. The project leader of 20 enterprises made a wonderful road show on the digitalization of the key links of enterprise's research and design, production control, purchase and sale operation, manufacturing service and so on. According to the rules of the competition, four preliminaries will be organized Nanjing, Xuzhou, Wuxi, and Suzhou for the second Jiangsu Intelligent Manufacturing Contest with five projects in each city to be selected for the final when they will be undergoing the on-site review and evaluation by the panel of judges. 12 outstanding projects will enter the final. The finals will be held in December 2017 to connect with the World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference and to include the award ceremony on the agenda of the conference.
