Wuxi in East China’s Jiangsu province has a library of large-print books with type size increased from 5 points to 18 points, allowing the elderly and people who are visually impaired to see text clearly without reading glasses.
With a desk, a lamp, and a few pots of flowers and plants, the library offers an environment as comfortable as a home study. Available books cover a variety of topics including health care, cooking and education. Senior citizens appreciate the new facility.
