Grain depots in Suzhou city have sought help from humanoid robot that uses visual assistant apps to patrol the warehouse.
The robot complete with limbs is called Handsome, China's first humanoid intelligent patrol robot. Though of a small zine, it is equipped with a rich array of equipment such as laser navigation, intelligent monitoring, human-computer interaction and image recognition that enable it to complete the daily patrol of the nearly 20 grain storage depots.
In addition to the repeated inspections, the robot is of more critical use in its ability to detect real-time toxic gas concentration in the grain depots during the fumigation other dangerous situations.
Handsome will carry out routine inspection in the depots at fixed places and times without interruption, in particular, the assurance of the safety of the depots during extreme weather conditions. In addition, it is able to interact with the storage platform through authentication and voice interaction to eliminate any possible frauds during the grain purchase.
