由江苏省商务厅和欧盟商会南京分会共同举办的“2020江苏-欧洲企业交流会暨欧洲日庆祝活动”6月11日在南京举行。来自江苏省商务厅、各开发区、以及江苏与欧洲的企业代表就“弘扬商业精神，提升发展信心”的主题进行了充分的交流。
Organized jointly by the Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province and European Chamber Nanjing Chapter, the EU-Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Networking 2020 was held Thursday afternoon in Nanjing. This is the first off-line activity of European Chamber Nanjing Chapter in 2020.
Delegates from the Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province, development zones as well as enterprises of Jiangsu and Europe thoroughly communicated focusing on the theme "Keeping Business Thriving and Boosting Development Confidence".

活动开始之前，欧盟驻华代表团公使衔参赞、贸易处主任吴睿史，和法国驻上海总领事纪博伟通过视频连线的方式预祝活动圆满成功，并分享他们对于江苏同欧盟企业发展的美好期待。

江苏省商务厅副厅长孙津作了题为“江苏商务发展展望2020”的主旨演讲，向各位参会代表介绍了江苏省今年全年的商务发展预期和“招商安商稳商”的相关措施。
The keynote speech titled "Jiangsu Business Outlook 2020" was given by Sun Jin, Deputy Director General of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce, who introduced to participants the commercial prospect of Jiangsu and related measures to stabilize foreign investment.
“虽然由于疫情的影响，很多（外资企业的）供应链断了，但我们国内的很多企业是具备相关产品生产能力的，可以为外资企业提供后备供应链条。”江苏省商务厅副厅长孙津向记者介绍。“另一方面，因为外需减少，很多外资企业境外订单也不足，所以生产能力也不能达到满负荷的运转。我们要向他们介绍国内的市场，支持和帮助他们开拓国内市场。这种交流是相互的，是双向的。总的目的是通过交流达成合作。”

"Under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the supply chains of many foreign-funded enterprises are disrupted," said Sun Jin. "But many enterprises in China are able to manufacture related products. Therefore they could become backup suppliers for foreign-funded enterprises."
"On the other hand, with the dropping export need, many foreign-funded enterprises are losing overseas orders. So we help them to connect with Chinese buyers to support their domestic market development. The communication today is mutual and interactive. The overall aim is cooperation through communication," said him.

欧盟商会南京分会主席魏博在采访中告诉记者，今年是中国欧盟商会成立20周年。在过去的20年里，江苏的欧盟企业数量不断增加，对江苏市场的信心持续提升。
Bernhard Weber, Chairman of European Chamber Nanjing Board, told Hello Jiangsu that 2020 also marks the 20th anniversary of the founding of European Chamber in China. In the past 20 years, the number of EU enterprises in Jiangsu has been increasing together with the confidence in Jiangsu's market.
“就像我之前说的，这是欧盟商会南京分会今年第一场线下活动。我们都非常高兴能够面对面见到彼此。欧洲企业是江苏以及中国经济发展非常重要的部分。我在这里也想再次重申一下，在江苏、在中国投资的欧洲公司，我们会坚定地留在这里。”
"As we said, it's the first (off-line) event we have this year. We are all very happy that we could get together and meet in person. European business is a very important factor in the development of Jiangsu and China. And I want to state again, European companies invested in Jiangsu, in China, they are here to stay," he said.
在活动现场，来自开发区和中欧企业代表也针对后疫情时代产业发展、中欧合作等分享相关看法，并在会后进行充分交流。
During the activities, delegates from development zones and Chinese/European enterprises also shared their perspectives on topics including industrial development in the post-COVID-19 era and collaboration between China and Europe, and exchanged understanding afterwards.
据海安经济技术开发区管委会副主任张英来介绍，疫情防控期间，海安经济技术开发区整个外资外贸还保持着良好的势头。

他告诉记者：“作为政府的服务方面，海安经济技术开发区对区内企业开通了服务直通车，开发区负责人挂钩联系所有外资企业，实施保姆式服务，对加快外资企业的复工复产提供了很好的帮助，特别是员工的返岗。同时还出台了一些新的政策，比如对外资企业房租进行补贴、新引进的外资企业给予设备补贴等多种方式扶持企业发展。

As a leading manufacturer of braking systems , Brembo unveiled its new aluminum caliper production base in Nanjing last year. "I have to tell you that Jiangsu is a very evolved region in terms of economics," said Andrea Raviolo, Chief Financial Officer of Brembo Nanjing. "We think Jiangsu is the top region in China in the next 10 years. Based on that and a lot of talents that we find in the markets that can help us level up new products and new markets. We can say that we are moderately optimistic, not only for the coming future, but for the coming years."

据了解，3月以来，江苏连续出台多项稳外资稳外贸指导意见，从分区分级精准推动外贸外资企业复工达产、抓好重大外资项目落地和招商引资、加强精准服务持续优化营商环境等五个方面明确22条具体举措。同时密切跟踪全球疫情蔓延对外资外贸运行的影响，收集梳理和协调解决企业面临的突出困难。1-4月，江苏外资利用情况持续向好。
From January to April, Jiangsu established 892 new foreign-invested projects, with actual use of foreign capital of US $ 10.37 billion, a year-on-year increase of 5.7%.
Jiangsu ranks first in the utilization of foreign capital with the growth rate from January to April better than the national average of 4.4 percentage points.
