Xin Changxing inspected the construction and management of high standard farmland, as well as the situation of ecological circular agriculture by visiting agritaiment farms along rural paths and gained a detailed understanding of rice-duck co-cultivation and rice-rapeseed rotation models.

When inspecting aquatic plants such as foxtail algae in the purification ponds around rice paddies, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee inquired about the reduction and efficiency of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, as well as the collection and treatment of domestic sewage. He requested the local government to continue to keep pollution sources at bay and reduce pollution, ensuring that agricultural production and domestic sewage are not directly discharged into the rivers.
Xin Changxing inspected the Dongnan Village Rice Theme Cultural Museum, visited the local traditional agricultural culture and high-quality agricultural products display, and had discussions with village officials, party member representatives, agritainment farm operators, and entrepreneurial returnees.
