He made the remarks when going on an inspection tour in Xuzhou on Friday and Saturday.
During the inspection of Junlebao Dairy Company, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited the exhibition center, milk culture center, and production line to gain a detailed understanding of forage planting, dairy farming, ecological cycle, dairy product production and sales, and quality and safety.
Noting that milk is a necessity in family life, Xin Changxing required efforts to prioritize milk quality, safeguard the safety of the entire industry chain from the source, and produce more high-quality dairy products that consumers can trust and love.
Feng County is the largest fruit producing area in Jiangsu Province. In the early winter of the orchard, technicians were fertilizing and pruning the fruit trees, nurturing hope for the new year.
When visiting the fruit tree experimental demonstration base, Xin Changxing made a detailed inquiry into the local apple planting history, planting scale, main varieties, sales prices, farmer income, as well as other fruit planting and industrial integration development.

Xin Changxing inspected Perran Co., Ltd., an enterprise located in the Economic Development Zone of Peixian County that develops high-strength and lightweight aluminum alloy wheel components and a national level manufacturing champion demonstration enterprise and a specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise.
After inspecting the exhibition hall and workshop and inquiring about products and orders, Xin Changxing pointed out that promoting the application of lightweight transportation equipment is an important path to achieve green and low-carbon development, making it necessary to adhere to high-end, intelligent, and green development, accelerate the research and development of key core technologies and major technical equipment, and lead and expand market demand.
Xin Changxing inspected the old residential quarters in Xuzhou and required local government to continue with the renovation so as to ensure that the people will live a high-quality life.
The provincial party chief also inspected the Peixian County Museum and the Hubu Mountain in Yunlong District to learn about the profound history of the local culture and demanded that the local government must bravely shoulder a new mission, promote the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture, and demonstrate Xuzhou's new achievements in building modern Chinese civilization.
