East China’s Jiangsu province has made unremitting efforts since the start of this year to boost its exports to Southeast Asian and African countries so as to contribute to the Belt and Road Initiative.
Changzhou Haowan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is accelerating the assembly of 10500 customized electric motorcycles for delivery to African markets including Benin, Togo, Kenya, Uganda, and some other countries next month.
Founded 7 years ago, the company has ranked among the top three in the European electric motorcycle market. Since making inroads into the African market in June last year, the company has delivered 13000 electric motorcycles.
“The electric motorcycle customized for Africa is designed to accommodate two people, with a total weight of 250 kilograms for passengers and cargo, and a maximum speed of 80 kilometers per hour,” said Feng Liyu, Director of Overseas Sales Department of Changzhou Haowan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
Changzhou Wanbang Digital Energy Co., Ltd. will export a batch of 360KW liquid cooled charging piles to Vietnam next month. Last year, Wanbang developed a 480-KW liquid cooled super charging station that can shorten the charging time to 10 minutes at the fastest, filling the global gap in super high-power charging technology.
“Our important customers are all on ‘the Belt and Road’. Now in the Vietnamese market, we are the sole provider for all fast-charging stations,” said Zheng Junyi, Co-founder of Wanbang Digital Energy Co., Ltd.
The Jakarta Bandung high-speed railway, jointly constructed by China and Indonesia, opened to traffic last week.
