Alps Snow Dome located in Taicang, Suzhou is slated to go into operation in the second half of this year.
Covering an area of 54,000 square meters and a floorage of 91,000 square meters, Alps Snow Dome will become a major indoor ski resort in East China. There will be five ski runs for both beginners and old hands, with the longest one stretching 280 meters. The construction on its exterior curtain walls has concluded, and efforts are being made on interior decoration and equipment installation.
Additionally, there will also be a ski school, a snow playground for children, and an ice maze to integrate skiing, sightseeing and amusements together. A total of 22 skiing and recreational activities will allow visitors to fully enjoy the fun of snow and ice against the beautiful scenery.
Club Med Joyview, a grand hotel sitting next to Alps Snow Dome, will open for business at the same time. It has completed its main structure and begun the construction of external walls and internal decoration.
