The State Administration of Taxation has launched new measures to facilitate the handling of taxes and fees, according to a press conference held on Tuesday.
The second batch of 25 convenient service measures newly launched by the State Administration of Taxation includes six aspects such as improving the quality of appeal response, improving the efficiency of policy implementation, and speeding up intelligent tax handling.

In the aspect of "speeding up intelligent tax handling", he tax department will further expand the promotion of cross-provincial and non-local electronic tax payment nationwide, provide more convenient tax payment methods for cross-provincial business taxpayers, and realize home-based cross-provincial tax payment.
Since 2021, the tax department and the treasury department of the People's Bank of China have selected 12 regions in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Delta regions to take the lead in carrying out trans-provincial and non-local electronic tax payment pilot projects, and further expand the scope of application in 2022.
In 2022, more than 150 commercial banks have supported the handling of trans-provincial and non-local electronic tax payment business, with a total of 310 thousand trans-provincial and non-local electronic tax payments, with a tax of 57.5 billion yuan.
Some of the first 17 measures of convenience services launched by the State Administration of Taxation have come into effect.
The role of tax big data has been further brought into play to bridge the gap between enterprises with poor supply chain in the industrial chain and help with the supply-demand matchmaking. In January, 426 enterprises have been helped to achieve effective purchase and sales totaling 980 million yuan.
