Jiangning District of Nanjing will introduce development measures to strengthen investment attraction, green channel for major industrial projects and financial service support in the new year. Jiangning District will give full play to the advantages of policy resources and give a maximum reward of 2 million yuan to technical talents settled in Jiangning District.
Jiangning District will also promote the development of innovative platforms such as the future network future industrial science and technology park and the key laboratory of comprehensive transportation theory and transportation industry, explore new ways to attract investment and improve quality and efficiency, and strive to introduce at least 2 investment projects of 10 billion yuan and 8 investment projects of 5 billion yuan in 2023 to achieve new breakthroughs in investment promotion.
On the first working day of the new year, Lishui District of Nanjing announced the commencement of construction of 36 major projects in the first quarter, with a total investment of 24.503 billion yuan. Nearly 90% of these projects involve new energy vehicles, intelligent manufacturing and other fields, making them highly compatible with local leading industries. Lishui District will launch 218 key industrial projects this year, with a total investment of 108.983 billion yuan.
