In 2004, Yuan Caifeng, a college graduate, became an operator at Wuxi Electronics Co., Ltd. Since then, she has been hammering a 2.5-mm screw for 18 years.

After undertaking the company's quality control task, she comprehensively improved the personnel arrangement, equipment commissioning and material confirmation, saved a process without degrading the quality, and doubled the daily product output.
Yuan Caifeng, Party branch secretary and section chief of Dianzhuang Electronics (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., said that the manufacturing industry is an important foundation of the real economy, and self-reliance is the basic point of struggle, which has obliged her to keep improving.
Based on her own experiences, Yuan Caifeng has compiled the "Fundamentals of Site Management" and "Employee Education Manual" for employees to learn from, and she has also regularly interpreted the latest policies and technologies.
Since she served as the secretary of the company's Party branch, she has insisted on combining the Party building with production and operation, and has achieved real results in terms of Party members' contributions and problem rectification.

She strengthened the ideological construction of the team and devoted herself to helping her colleagues master their skills. 103 apprentices she trained have become the backbone of the business.
Wu Hongmei said she feels it a great honor to be elected a delegate to the 20th CPC National Congress, adding that she will improve her skills and constantly improve the ability and level of being a delegate to the 20th CPC National Congress.
