70% of the province's construction sites have undergone smart transformation, according to the Jiangsu leg of the 2022 China Digital Architecture Summit held Thursday in Nanjing. With the rapid application of big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, 5G, new materials, and new energy, the construction industry is undergoing a new round of earth-shaking technological changes.
A chip is implanted into the helmet, and the surveillance camera is installed next to the weighbridge. The addition of these black technologies can not only save energy and reduce consumption, but also effectively control building safety and quality.
"Infrared radiation, video surveillance and remote operation can automatically convert and operate, helping construction companies to ensure that each truck has sufficient concrete and steel bars," said Yuan Gaoju, Construction Channel, General Manager of Jiangsu Region, Glodon Technology Co., Ltd.
In 2017, the Jiangsu Provincial Government issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Reform and Development of the Construction Industry", which requires vigorously promoting the construction of smart construction sites and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of construction methods.
At present, 60% of the construction sites with an investment of more than 30 million yuan have been upgraded into smart construction sites.
Building information model, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, mobile application and intelligent application advanced technologies are applied in building construction management, integrated into a unified big data cloud platform, so that project construction can also achieve refined, informatized and standardized management and green construction and ecological construction.
