East China’s Jiangsu province has taken various measures to help multi-level talents start up businesses and promote entrepreneurship for sound development.
The European and American Alumni Association of Tianning District, Changzhou City established the "Entrepreneurship Lecture Hall" by inviting 10 university professors, industry association experts, venture capital experts, well-known entrepreneurs and government leaders to provide theoretical support and policy guidance for returning students to start their own businesses.
The "Entrepreneurship Lecture" course released concurrently will bring together the innovation boom of returnees studying abroad in the form of roadshows of entrepreneurship projects for young returnees, new practical training for technical experts, weekly intellectual property rights admission to the park, and roundtable meetings on investment and financing.

In early August, Jiangyin city launched a collaborative online talent recommendation platform, to release high-quality job vacancies provided by listed companies and key backbone enterprises to eligible young talents, as well as information on the public selection of outstanding young talents at home and abroad.

Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone has launched a youth talent inn with 10 rooms and 20 beds, providing residents with policy interpretation, job promotion, and urban integration services. Since its official launch, the inn has settled in more than 60 young people who come to Xuzhou for employment.
