Close attention has been paid to key enterprises, followed by "point-to-point" assistance and refined service. They are guided to make good use of both the international and domestic markets, and to actively participate in the international division of labor. This has further promoted the continuous improvement of Huai'an foreign direct investment. In January to June, Huai'an foreign direct investment amounted to 41.5 million U.S. dollars, up 445% year-on-year, and its growth rate ranked first in the province.
