China organizes patrol with combat readiness in Taiwan Straits

The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Eastern Theater Command organized naval and air forces to patrol with combat readiness in the Taiwan Straits "in response to the recent false signals frequently released by the U.S. on the Taiwan question," Senior Colonel Shi Yi, spokesperson for the PLA Eastern Theater Command, said on Friday.
