Recently, the omicron variant had been reported in many countries and regions around the globe, with confirmed cases infected by the strain reported in China. Compared with the delta variant, the omicron variant is more transmissible and harder to be detected, posing greater challenges to its prevention and control. Everyone bears the primary responsibility for their own health and needs to continue with protective measures. Avoid unnecessary trips to overseas areas, medium and high-risk regions and regions with locally confirmed cases, and reduce travel to other provinces or regions.
1. Please provide needed information in time and support COVID-19 prevention and control measures. 中国大陸部以外の地域（ローリスクであるマカオ特別行政区を除く）全域は依然としてハイリスク地域である。
専門家からの注意喚起は次の通りである：
この頃、デルタ株より感染力が強く、発見しにくい新型コロナウイルスの新変異株「オミクロン株」が世界的流行を起こしていて、中国国内でも地元確定感染者が発見され、感染予防・抑制が更なるチャレンジに直面している。自分自身の健康の第一の責任者として、個人一人一人は引き続き健康管理を行い、予防対策に協力する必要である。さらに、必須でない限り、海外や、ハイ・ミドルリスク地域と地域内に感染者がいる地域に行かず、省や地域をまたぐ移動を控えること。
一、積極的かつ速やかに報告し、予防・抑制管理に協力すること。最近地域内の感染者が出ている地域への渡航歴や居住歴があった人の場合、特に、新規確定患者または無症状の感染者と移動経路が重なる関係者は、自ら所属する勤務先、コミュニティー（村・組）や宿泊ホテルまで報告し、個人情報の登録、集中隔離と医学的観察及びPCR検査に協力すること。さらに、公式で発表した感染リスク情報、ハイ・ミドルリスク地域の状況等に常に関心を寄せ、デマを信じなく、広げなく、感染症のことに常に気を引き締め、しっかりと予防対策を行い、予防・抑制対策に協力すること。
二、積極的にワクチンを接種すること。ワクチンの接種が新型コロナウイルス感染症予防に最も効果的で、自分自身や家族、又は他人や社会に対しても最良の予防対策である。新型コロナウイルスワクチンの接種を通して高い接種率を維持し、集団免疫を獲得することこそ、拡大を食い止めることが実現できる。個人と社会の健康と安全のために、接種を受ける人はコミュニティか勤務先の手配に従い、接種手順に基づき、時間と順番通りにワクチンの接種を受けること。重点的人を対象に速やかに3回目の接種を行うこと。
三、常態化の予防・抑制措置を維持すること。冬季節は呼吸器感染症が多発する時期であるため、人が集まる場所や密閉空間ではマスクを着用すること。ショッピングモール、レストラン、ホテル、映画館、体育館などの公共の場所では、マスクの着用し、検温・健康コードの確認、1メートルの社交距離などの対策に積極的に協力する。公共交通機関やエレベーターを利用する場合や、病院で受診する場合、発熱や呼吸器感染症の患者さんや、医療・交通・運輸業界などで露出リスクが高い人は、マスクを正しく着用すべきこと。
四、個人の予防意識の強化。こまめな手洗い、マスクの着用、風通し、集会への控え、取り分け箸の使用、分食制などの良い個人衛生習慣を守る。発熱、空咳、倦怠感、鼻詰まり、鼻水、のどの痛み、嗅覚・味覚の低下、結膜炎、筋肉痛、下痢などの症状が出たら、すぐ厳格な手順で受診し、14日間の活動軌跡と接触履歴を知らせる。病院に行く場合、マスクを着用するうえ、公共交通機関の利用を控えること。

3월7일 0-24시 장쑤성에 코로나19 신규 본토 확진자 10명(롄윈강시 보고, 모두 지정 병원에서 격리‧치료 중)과 신규 본토 무증상 감염자 5명(4명이 롄윈강시 보고, 1명이 난통시 보고, 모두 지정 병원에서 격리‧의학적 관찰 중)이 추가된 것으로 나타났고 신규 해외 유입 무증상 감염자 1명이 발생했다. 6명(본토 5명, 해외 유입 1명) 확진 병례는 완치되어 퇴원했고6명의 무증상 감염자 (본투) 의 집중격리 및 의학관리가 해제됐다.
현재 지정병원에서 격리 및 치료를 받고 있는 확진 병례는 86명은 있고(본토 63명, 해외 유입 23명) 의하적 관찰을 받고 있는 무증상 감염자는 37명은 있다(본토 23명, 해외 유입 14명).
2020년 1월 22일부터 지금까지 전 성에서 코로나19 확진 병례 누적 1802명(해외 유입 확진 병례 203명 포함)을 보고했다.

전문가를 의하면 신종 코로나 바이러스 오미크론 변이는 이미 전세계 많은 나라 및 지역에서 발견되었고 중국에서도 본토 확진 병례가 발생됐다. 오미크론 변이는 델타 변이보다 전파력과 은밀성이 훨씬 강하니까 방역 통제에 더 큰 도전이 되었다. 모든 사람은 자신 건강의 제1책임자이니 필수가 아니면 역외나 중·고위험 지역, 그리고 본토 확진 병례가 나타난 지역으로 가지 않고, 성·지역 간의 이동을 줄이는 등 건강 방호를 계속 잘 해야한다.
1. 정보 등록 자발적으로 보고하고 방역관리를 폅조한다. 최근 본토 확진 병례가 나타난 지역에 체류한 적이 있거나, 특히 새로 추가된 확진자 또는 무증상 감염자의 동선과 겹친 경우가 있는 분들이 소재 기업, 주민단지 혹은 호텔에 자발적으로 보고하여 정보 확인과 핵산 검사, 격리 관찰 등 방역 조치에 협조해야 한다. 코로나 19 사태의 최신 정보 및 중·고위험 지역의 갱신을 밀접하게 유의해야 한다. 소문을 믿지 않고 퍼뜨리지 않으며, 시종일관 경각심을 갖고 예방하고 방역 조치를 적극적으로 지지하고 협조한다.
2. 코로나 백신을 적극적으로 접종한다. 백신 접종은 코로나19를 예방하는 가장 좋은 방법으로 집단면역 장벽을 구축해 질병 유행을 늦추고 궁극적으로 차단해 개인과 가족의 건강을 보호하는 데 도움이 된다. 주민단지나 회사의 계획대로, 면역절차에 따라 순차적으로 접종을 받기를 바란다. 중점적인 사람들은 즉시 면역 강화 접종을 맞는다.
3. 코로나 상시화 통제 조치를 견지한다. 겨울과 봄철은 호흡기 질환 발생 확율이 높아지는 계절이니 인원이 집중되는 장소와 폐쇄된 공간에는 마스크를 꼭 착용해야 한다. 매장, 식당, 호텔, 극장, 경기장 등 공공장소에서는 마스크 착용, 온도 체크, 1m 라인 등의 조치에 적극 협조한다. 대중교통, 에스컬레이터를 타거나 병원을 찾을 때 발열이나 호흡기 감염 환자 혹은 의료보건, 교통운수 등 고위험 업종의 종업원이 있는 경우, 마스크를 제대로 착용해야 한다.
4. 개인의 방호 의식을 강화해야 한다. 손 씻기, 마스크 착용, 통풍 자주하기, 모임 적게하기, 공동 수저 사용, 배식제 등 개인위생 습관을 잘 지켜야 한다. 만약 발열, 기침, 무기력, 코막힘, 콧물, 인두통, 근육통 혹은 설사 등 증상이 있으면 즉시 규범적 절차에 따라 진료를 받는 동시 14일 이내의 동선을 보고해야 한다. 진료를 받으러 가는 전 과정에 마스크를 착용하고 가급적 대중교통 이용을 피한다.
