Jiangsu will realize all-round and diverse license application assistance application inquiries, so that the approval service will get closer to market entities, and at the same time, it will expand the scope of "inter-provincial general handling" and further improve the online approval model.
Efforts will be made to establish a consultation mechanism for technical experts, implement precise empowerment for key areas and free trade zones, implement one-on-one key assistance to pillar industries, key industrial parks, and leading enterprises, and provide all-element and all-round services for license application.
In the meantime, Jiangsu will strengthen the coordination of administrative approval and management, study and formulate the review items of various administrative licensing items, refine the business guidance for the handling of entrusted matters, and further encourage the province's market supervision and administrative approval in the reforms to streamline the government, delegate power, and improve government services.
